Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Mr Audience (the "Service"), operated by 4AM TECH IO PRIVATE LIMITED, Shop 07, Park Plaza, Behind Deepak Hospital, Queens Park, Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra 401105 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. The Service

You describe a website or mobile app in a written brief. We use AI coding agents (such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI Codex), and where needed our own team, to build it and push the source code to a repository in your own GitHub account. Where possible we also publish a preview using GitHub Pages. The Service is not instant: requests are processed in a queue and we may ask you questions before building.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping it secure.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your email address working so we can contact you about your projects.

3. GitHub access

To build into your GitHub account you authorise us to create repositories, push code and manage GitHub Pages and workflow files for the repositories created through the Service. We use this access only to deliver your projects. You can revoke it at any time in your GitHub settings or by disconnecting GitHub in your dashboard. Projects in progress cannot be delivered without it.

4. Plans and chat sessions

  • Projects are built with a plan bought on the Pricing page (for example the Website plan with 3 sessions, or the App plan with 1 session). Plans are valid for the period shown (for example 30 days); unused sessions expire after that.
  • One session builds one project. A session can't be used to build a second, different website or app. Each session keeps its chat history: your brief, questions, delivery and changes.
  • Change requests after delivery are limited as shown on your plan (the App plan includes unlimited changes to the same app while the plan is valid).
  • You must connect your own GitHub account before uploading files or submitting a brief.
  • Plans and sessions are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged except as described in the Refund Policy.
  • We may decline or reject a brief (for example if it is incomplete, unlawful or outside what the Service can build). A rejected brief does not use up your session.

5. Your content and the code

  • You own the code delivered to your repository, subject to the licences of any open-source libraries it uses.
  • You keep ownership of your brief and the content you provide. You give us a limited licence to use it, and to share it with the AI and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the Service.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us (text, logos, images, brand names) and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to request or build anything that:

  • is illegal in India or where you operate, or promotes illegal activity, gambling, or regulated goods without a licence;
  • is fraudulent, phishing, impersonates another person or brand, or collects data without consent;
  • contains malware, or is meant to attack, spam or overload any system;
  • is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or exploits children.

Do not attempt to misuse the Service (for example by putting instructions in a brief meant to manipulate the AI into accessing systems or data it should not), bypass limits, or overload it with automated requests. We may suspend or block accounts that break these rules.

7. AI-generated output

Code is produced largely by AI. We aim for working, good-quality results, but we do not guarantee that the output is error-free, secure, fit for a particular purpose, or that it will meet every detail of your brief. Review and test the code before using it in production, especially for anything involving payments, personal data, health, finance or legal compliance. Features that need a backend (logins, databases, payments) may be delivered as a front-end demo unless your brief says otherwise.

8. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Pricing page and are charged once per plan, plus GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Applicable taxes may be added as required by law. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific delivery times (see our Delivery Policy). We may change, suspend or discontinue features, prices or these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email; continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Code already delivered to your GitHub stays yours.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits, data or business), or for losses caused by third-party services such as GitHub, Google, Razorpay or AI providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact our grievance officer (see Contact) so we can try to resolve the issue.
